To arrange your private driver tour, please fill out the form towards the bottom of the page with your preferred date, starting location, number of passengers, and any specific stops or interests you’d like included in the itinerary.
We’ll confirm availability and send a personalised plan with the final price and schedule for your chosen tour.
Payment is made securely by Visa, Mastercard or American Express, and you may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour begins.
You’ll receive the English-speaking driver’s direct contact number the day before your tour, and you can reach them easily on the day if needed. Our team is also available by email at any time before, during, or after your trip should you require assistance.

Is the driver also a tour guide?
Your driver provides transport and general information about the area but is not a licensed tour guide. If you’d like a guided visit at a winery or attraction, we can assist with arranging this separately.
Can I customise the itinerary?
Yes, all tours are flexible. You can choose the stops, duration at each location, and even add extra time if needed. Just mention your preferences when submitting the booking form.
Are meals or wine tastings included in the price?
The tour price covers private transport only. Meals, wine tastings, or entrance fees are paid directly at the venues you choose to visit.
Can I extend the tour beyond the scheduled hours?
Yes, you can extend the tour on the day if your schedule allows. Extra hours are charged at a set hourly rate and can be settled directly with the booking team.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to the full charge.

Booking Terms & Conditions
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, we’ll provide a full refund, as long as you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.
Tour Start Time: Each tour begins at the agreed start time and runs for the agreed duration. Any late starts caused by the clients will result in a shorter tour, as the end time must remain the same to respect the driver’s schedule.
Tour Duration: The total duration of the private driver tour is confirmed at the time of booking (for example, 8 hours). Extensions may be requested on the day, subject to availability, and will incur an additional hourly charge.
Itinerary Changes: Minor adjustments to the itinerary can usually be accommodated, but significant deviations or changes to the route may result in extra costs, depending on the distance and overall tour duration.
Incorrect Booking Details: You are responsible for providing accurate pick-up locations, times, and passenger details. We cannot guarantee availability or refunds if incorrect information is provided during booking.
Final Checks: Before making payment, please review all details carefully, including date, start time, and itinerary. Errors such as incorrect times or locations may lead to missed services with no refund.
